Description:
The DC Area SAP BusinessObjects Crystal User Group (DCABOCUG) provides a forum for business intelligence professionals (executives, managers, administrators, analysts and designers) to collectively achieve two-way communication with the Business Objects Corporation, its Partners, and third party vendors to learn about new product capabilities and to discuss and resolve technical issues with the products. This is an independently operated organization, which, since reconstituting itself in 2002, has seen over 400 different individuals attend at its free, quarterly meetings, as of the end of 2004. Originally, its focus was on Crystal Decisions products; however, since the Business Objects/Crystal Decisions merger in 2003, the DCABOCUG has endeavored to broaden its scope to the full suite of Business Objects products. Meeting locations rotate around the metropolitan area of Washington D.C. at sites close to metro train stations.
